Regulatory obligation is central to how BAP Medya Limited trades. We apply documented checks to every counterparty, every product line and every movement.
UK Border Force & Customs Compliance
All imported consignments are declared accurately and in full. Commodity codes, valuation and origin are verified before shipment, and records are retained in line with HMRC requirements. We co-operate fully with UK Border Force and HMRC in respect of any inspection, query or audit relating to goods we import or supply.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
New trade accounts are subject to Know Your Customer and Know Your Business checks, including verification of company registration, beneficial ownership, VAT status and trading history. Payment must originate from a verified business account in the customer's own name. We monitor for indicators of layering, third-party settlement and unusual transaction patterns, and report where required.
Modern Slavery Act 2015
BAP Medya Limited does not tolerate forced labour, servitude or human trafficking in any part of its operations or supply chain. Suppliers are expected to confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to permit reasonable enquiry into their labour practices. Any credible concern raised will be investigated and, where warranted, the relationship will be terminated.
Product Safety & Food Standards
Food and ingredient lines are supplied with specification documentation, allergen information and, where applicable, certificates of analysis. We work only with suppliers operating recognised food safety management systems, and we maintain batch-level traceability to support withdrawal or recall action should it ever be required.
Controlled & Regulated Goods
Food-grade gases are supplied under strict conditions. Storage and transport follow UK regulations for high-pressure cylinders, including ADR requirements for carriage of dangerous goods.
N2O: All prospective buyers are subject to enhanced Due Diligence and Vetting. N2O is regulated in the UK under the Misuse of Drugs Act and associated Regulations. We require documented proof of legitimate end-use and comprehensive compliance policies before supply. We reserve the right to refuse supply.
Trade-Only Supply Policy
BAP Medya Limited supplies established businesses only. We do not sell to consumers, and we do not supply retail or sample quantities. Prospective customers must provide a company registration number, VAT number where applicable, and evidence of a legitimate trading operation capable of receiving full-load deliveries.
